It may be necessary for you to cancel or reschedule your private lesson and this is perfectly acceptable.

However please consider that your teacher will most likely not be able to fill your lesson booking with another, therefore please adhere to the following cancellation fee schedule.

If the lesson is cancelled with less than the periods listed below, then the proportion of the lesson fee will be payable;

48 hours until the lesson then 100%
4 days before the lesson then 50%
6 days before the lesson then 25%
